Our staff are handpicked and trained by us, as we believe that impeccable service is second only to unbeatable food. |
| Our preparation premises is SALSA approved (Safe And Local Supplier Approval) so you can be sure of the quality of our produce, and our records with the Environmental Health department are unblemished. Our farm is accreditted by the Farm Assurance Scheme providing you with confidence in the way we treat and care for our animals. |
| We take allergies and intolerances extremely seriously and it is no problem at all for us to discreetly cater for any of your guests with special dietary requirements.
