Ordering & Delivery
Please read the below information before placing your order....
As all of our animals grow at their own rate, it is impossible for us to have a product that can match demand at all times - we don't have an endless supply of animals and don't believe in keeping a stock of meat. In fact, we hope this is part of the reason you would like to order with us!! Absolutely all of the produce we send or deliver to you is from our own farm and we want you to receive it in the best possible condition, as fresh as possible. As far as possible we will try and send your produce out fresh and ready to freeze, but due to reasons explained above, we may sometimes need to send an order as frozen. If you receive any frozen produce, please be assured that we quickly freeze all items straight after cutting and packing to ensure all the flavour and juices are locked in the meat so when you defrost as required they will taste fantasically tender and flavoursome. As much as we want to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible, our main concern is quality. Once you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether we are able to supply fresh or whether we only have the freshly frozen produce available. You can then choose to accept the frozen goods or wait until more fresh meat is ready. |
For all mail order deliveries, we despatch orders by courier in a temperature controlled package. We despatch orders on a Wednesday for delivery with you on a Thursday, but if this is unsuitable for you or you require a faster delivery, please let us know and we will do our very best for you. We are only able to deliver to mainland UK, and the cost per order is £8.00. Please ensure someone will be around to sign for and refrigerate/freeze your order as applicable. In order for us to despatch your order on a Wednesday, we would need to have your order for the preceding Thursday at the latest so please bear this in mind if you have a special event coming up! When you place your order, please remember to include a contact number and any special requirements you have - special dates you ordering for, delivery requirements etc - and we will ring you to confirm all the details. We can accept payment by most of the major debit & credit cards via our secure Paypal server. If you live within 15 miles of Chesterfield, we may be able to deliver our goods to you on one of our delivery routes. If this is the case, we will refund the delivery charge you will be charged when checking out. |
For people who live within 15 miles of Chesterfield and fit onto one of our delivery routes, we will try to deliver direct to your door. We think what really matters is that our is as fresh and tasty as possible when it gets to your plate! |

If you would like to add something to your 'shopping basket' click on the Add to Basket button next to the product you wish to order. You can continue to add or remove products within your basket until you are happy with your order and wish to proceed to payment. If you do not wish to pay by card, please call or email us with your order and we will be able to accept a cheque guaranteed by a card as your payment. |
